The GYM Foundation organizes “Math Everywhere” event for all kids and adults, with an aim to introduce how Math concepts are related to real life examples.
Many Indian states celebrate New Year by different names during March – April. Hindu Calendar followed in Indian states are formed by taking into account precise movements of Sun, Moon and Earth. Join this session and get to know,
- Part 1 (March) – How Hindu calendar tracks Planet rotations, Equinox, Solstice
- Part 2 (April) – How Hindu Calendar tracks the motions and Mathematically calculate the start of the year.
No prerequisite knowledge about Hindu Calendar required! Just interest to know how Math and Science are related is enough!
